1. Pork Scaloppine with Creamy Sauce and Crackling Mash
Cooking: 6/10
This dish was a nice twist on a classic pork meal, with the creamy sauce adding a satisfying richness. The crackling mash was unique, though getting the pork cooked perfectly took some patience. Despite the cooking effort, it was worth it!
2. Chorizo, Tomato, and Tenderstem Spaghetti

This was a straightforward but tasty meal, perfect for a night if you need something quick. The combination of chorizo and tomato worked well with the tenderstem broccoli, and the cooking process was super smooth.3. Crispy Chilli Beef Udon Broth

The dish had great flavours, with the udon and beed pairing well. It was a bit spicy but fun to cook, and the crispy beef added a nice touch.
4. Classic Chilli Con Carne
Cooking: 7/10
This hearty classic was perfect for a chilli evening. With just the right amount of spice, it was filling and comforting. The recipe was fairly easy, though chopping and simmering took a bit longer then expected.
Cooking: 9/10
Hands down, my favourite! the truffle sauce was incredibly rich, and the mushrooms added an earthy depth. Cooking was straightforward, and the flavours were restaurant-quality.
Overall, Gousto makes meal planning easier, saves me from frequent shopping trips and introduces a delicious variety into my week. I'd recommend it to any student wanting tasty, no-fuss meals!
